Summary
workcmd does not sell data and does not upload your notes, snippets, reminders, folders, vault items, copied text history, custom assets, preferences, or backups to workcmd servers. Those workspace items stay in your browser.
1. Account information
When you sign in, workcmd uses your Google account email address and Google user ID to authenticate you, manage request app configuration.
2. Workspace data
User-created workspace data is stored in your browser using extension storage and IndexedDB. This includes notes, snippets, reminders, folders, colour rules, vault metadata, copied text history, custom sounds, lock-screen assets, preferences, and imported or exported backup data.
3. App permissions

Email or page content is not sent to workcmd servers for advertising or resale. All saved data is saved on device only, we don't have access to it.
4. Third parties
workcmd uses Google sign-in, Firebase or Firestore services for authentication and access checks, the workcmd backend for app configuration. We do not use advertising networks and we do not sell personal information.
